In 1986, he started hosting his own show in Virginia Beach, which led to an offer to creative direct a radio program in Los Angeles. From there, he moved to New York City. In the early 90s, he left New York to launch his own show, “The MJ Kelli Morning Show,” in Florida. The show was later renamed “The MJ Morning Show,” which he hosted until 2012.

Schnitt is also the host of the conservative radio show “The Schnitt Show.”
